1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of READYFORCE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ("Readyforce", "we", "us") or accessing readyforceaustralia.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our standard Client Labour Hire Service Agreement.

2. Labour Hire & Staffing Engagements

Readyforce supplies personnel on a casual, fixed-term, or permanent placement basis. As the host employer, the Client is responsible for directing and supervising on-site day-to-day work tasks, providing site-specific safety inductions, maintaining a safe workplace under Victorian WHS laws, and ensuring appropriate plant and machinery operating standards.

3. Timesheets & Billing

Clients are required to verify and authorize weekly worker timesheets. Invoices are issued based on agreed hourly or shift rates in compliance with applicable Modern Awards, plus statutory superannuation, payroll tax (where applicable), and GST. Payment terms are as stipulated on the invoice or commercial credit agreement.

4. Candidate Representation & Warranties

Candidates registering with Readyforce represent and warrant that all information provided regarding identity, right to work in Australia (VEVO), licences, tickets, and work history is accurate, complete, and up to date.

5. Workplace Health & Safety

Both Readyforce and the Client share concurrent duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic). The Client must immediately notify Readyforce of any workplace incident, injury, or hazard involving supplied workers.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
